Clarity + Preparation
We don't go into the weekend blind. Once your brief is accepted and your dates are secured, you enter the Onboarding Phase. You will be tasked with completing your Infrastructure Audit—a deep-dive document where you provide the "raw materials" (links, assets, and insights) I need to architect your foundation.
Before our build weekend begins, we meet for a 60-minute Blueprint Session. During this high-level strategy call, we review your Infrastructure Audit, identify the primary "Logic Gaps" we are closing, and finalize the technical scope of your build. This ensures that when the 48-hour clock starts on Saturday morning, we are already moving in the same direction.
The Infrastructure Audit is the only pre-work required. It typically takes 30–45 minutes to complete. The goal is to move the "discovery" phase out of our 48-hour build window so that the weekend is reserved entirely for implementation and architecture.
The Lab is designed as a focused weekend sprint (Friday morning through Saturday evening). This allows us to build your "Silent Salesman" and "Signal Engine" without the distractions of your day-to-day business operations. We select your specific weekend during our Blueprint Session.
Part of being an Architect is working with the site as it exists. If you have assets, we will optimize them. If you don't, we will architect the "vessel" for them so you know exactly what is needed to complete the build. We focus on the Structural Integrity of your brand first; the "paint" can always be updated later.
I only accept projects where I am certain we can achieve a total structural transformation in 48 hours. The application (Project Brief) ensures that your business is at a stage where the "Low-Key" infrastructure will have the highest possible impact on your authority and revenue.
